Montygog Interview

There is a lot of insight that can be gained from what Montygog said during this interview. One of the main points that he makes is that it is important to develop your own style when it comes to design. Most of Montygog's art is inspired by other properties and artists, but he ultimately makes his work his own. He not only places emphasis on new artists discovering their style, but he also says that the best way to achieve success in the design world is to just start creating. Not just creating in a vacuum but also getting your work out there and recognized. Montygog doesn't give much detail on his creative process but does say that he mostly uses Adobe Illustrator. It is comforting to know that an artist with so much success uses tools that are widely accessible to anyone who feels compelled to create.

Owlet Publishing

Owlet Publishing is a publisher of children's books. Through our stories, we promote logical and critical thinking skills in children. The target audience of these books is children with reading skills from preschool all the way up to fifth grade. Through our brand, we would also create a feeling of trust, not only with children but with parents as well. The term "Owlet" in our name is the name for a baby owl. The owl is known to represent wisdom, and our company would like to instill wisdom in our young readers. In our brand design, we would like a baby owl to be featured in some sense. Other than that, all other design elements are up to the designer.
